SCHWL AGM willl be held at Epsom Hockey club on 16th May 2019 at 7.30.
Please make every effort to attend and take note of Rule 3 which states ” Any club that has not provided a representative at the AGM of the League at the end of the season shall incur a penalty of £100, to be paid in addition to their affiliation fee for the following season. The fine will be doubled for a club that fails to provide a representative for two AGM’s in succession. Additional breaches will incur a points deduction to be applied to each team the Club has participating in the League for the following season The fines will not apply where a clubs only team in the League is relegated at the end of the season relevant to the AGM.”
As most people come direct from work there is a buffet so you don’t go hungry and a bar for refreshments.!
AGM papers and more information will be sent out at the end of April.
